Laurie Smith brings warmth, leadership, and thoughtful attention to her role at Advice First Wealth. She oversees operations, marketing, and events and leads the firm’s fundraising and volunteering initiatives. Through her work, Laurie helps create meaningful experiences for the Advice First team and client families while supporting a culture rooted in purpose and community involvement.

When she is not working, Laurie enjoys walks and coffee dates with friends, as well as spending time with her husband, Brad, their three adult children, and their partners and friends. She loves reading fiction and listening to audiobooks, and in her spare time is working on her first novel, a lifelong dream shaped by her love of writing. Laurie is also passionate about mentoring and supporting organizations such as Young Life, whose mission is to help youth feel loved, accepted, and seen.
