Laurie has been in the financial services industry since 1990, bringing her depth of experience in the field to provide comprehensive service to all Advice First client families.  

As Director of Client relations, Laurie oversees client service and customer care at Advice First Financial Group. Her focus is developing client-friendly processes to ensure all clients enjoy top-notch service and an excellent customer experience.  She is personally responsible for establishing relationships with new clients and guiding their progress through the life centered planning approach.    

Laurie’s care for people and commitment to excellence earned the Advice First team awards for Best Client Experience in 2012 and 2017.  

When not at work, you’ll find Laurie going out for coffee with friends or hanging out with her three adult children and her husband Brad.  She enjoys reading fiction, gardening, and playing backyard games with the family.  She is passionate about mentoring and supporting organizations that help children, youth and women thrive.
